RE: Copyright Strike

So A: I guess I have a new thing to make a video about, and B: Part of doing this means I have to write my address, in a manner they can directly see, so if I get murdered YOU KNOW WHO IS RESPONSIBLE
and C: The video is down for now.
If it for some reason stays down permanently, I'll find a new site for it, but it'll most likely be back eventually.
I'm visiting family but I'll be back on the 23rd to get back to work on new stuff and bonus videos - I shot a lot of unused stuff in the Golden One's video and none of it can be copyrighted because it's just me destroying my body!

2016-12-21 17:58:03 +0000 UTCI dont know exactly what he is trying to contest you over but what you can say is that what you showed of him may be his "property" if it does fall under that bracket although the sort of youtube vlog belonging to people is a bit of a grey area as many videos that are literal mirrors have been contested and some have been taken down whereas others have been up due to the fact that they laid no claim to it, however so long as you can make a clear claim that you have added something to what he had or created what could be reasonably assumed to be a critique, it is fair game, although I dont know a massive amount and the wording to many of these things can be a bit up to interpretation, I read the terms of service (which I would imagine have been changed since) about a year ago when a (former) friend of mine made a copyright claim against a video I had made.
