New Measured Response!

This will, barring Owen or Aruni trying yet another incredibly hilarious money-making scheme, be the last Measured Response featuring either side of the Sarkeesian Effect team - so think of this as my farewell to them. In future MR's I'll be covering other folks instead. (However, if people want it, I might make a more straightforward rebuttal of the actual finished documentary and the points it tries to make. Let me know if you want that!)

To my backers, a brief apology for a delay - I recently packed up all my gear and moved. Partially, this is because of you - I can afford to start fixing up an abandoned garage into a full-fledged studio for future videos! Thank you all so much! - But as a result of the move I hadn't made a proper video in a little while and wanted to get this one out the door first thing, so I haven't had the chance to put together the bonus videos from the last two. Those two bonus videos, not including the bonus stuff for this one also, will be up ASAP! In other words the next three things I make are only going to be seen by you! I hope you feel special!

Additionally, I'm coming up on the $250 funding goal. That's an amazing amount to be making from laughing at skulls and talking about video games! That money is going towards substantial improvements in production value, including building a studio, better video equipment (my current rig is a DSLR I bought used in 2012 with an f2.8 manual lens from the 1980s bolted onto it), and of course, the ability to actually buy that stock footage of money exploding into a camera! Things are looking up!
