Script notes - El Arca

So I'm now done with all comms of this batch, and can move my focus to the El Arca project. Which is great as I may be more excited than I've ever been for a project! The reason being that I've long wanted to lean heavier into story elements in my work. But I have been unsure how to incorporate stronger story element without like tripling the amount of artwork. Until maybe now!
While laying wide awake the other night scrolling trough old horny text chats it hit me. This could be the format! The horny and longing chat conversations between the characters, with the odd lewd pic they send each other. It seems like a great fit, especially as it underlines a already present theme in my work, that of distance and as a consequence, longing. Characters are never together in my work, they are apart and they are longing for each other
In a burst of sleep deprived and horny inspiration at 5 in the morning I wrote the first draft. I rewathed the movie today and will adjust the personalities but the overall structure is there
El Arca in particular may not be the ideal contender, as they are all in the same general space and that type of long distance thing I want isn't really there. But seems like a great first step to start to figure out this format. I am by no means a writer, so there is that. There is also the challenge of figuring out how to display it in a easy way. But I am super excited!
