Meet; Honey! ๐๐ฅ
With a stunning figure and curves that kill, she invited me by to do some improve shots and I couldn't say no, since I already had something arranged later in that area.. ๐๐ค๐ป
Originally, she wanted some studio shots done but I suggested her, we maxed out a little and twisted the setup a bit.
So, first of all; when shooting "studio" most people think of a backdrop, some tripods with flashes on, softboxes etc. - however, when I talk about a "studio setup" it's all about the vibe.
Putting up a backdrop as seen below, slightly hints towards a traditional studio, but I wanted to combine that feeling with casual homeshoot.
That's why I suggested to Honey, when I arrived at her place and noticed the huge as wall of windows, that we forgot all about putting up flashes etc. Why not just use the light available already? ๐คฉ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
Furthermore I suggested we went with a look not confined by the four perimeters of the backdrop - and shot with visible stuff behind, next to it etc.

(My "studio setup" in her livingroom. It was all about having it in the frame and make the best use of the yellow colour - however, it was important to us that all the photos wasn't just boring portraits on a yellow backdrop)
Below is a still from the video I released some weeks ago, showing how it went down when we shot the photos. ๐ค I only used the sun as the lightsource, coming in from my right (her left). It was a pretty grey and cloudy day, which acted as a perfect softbox and made some smooth ass contrasts. ๐๐๐ป

(Honey sitting in front of the yellow backdrop, while I stand shooting with the light coming in from my right)
So yeah, we just took it from there. ๐
I shot on the Canon R5 and only used the Canon 24-70 mm f/2.8 L USM III lens.
There's not much more I can about it, since it was pretty damn simple and all just improvised as we went along. โบ๏ธ
As always: Please feel free to ask away about whatever you want to know about this shoot! โบ๏ธ Technical stuff, practical stuff, tips or tricks - or simply just let me know what you think. ๐ฅณ๐๐ป
