I have done fasting before. My longest was a 4 day fast. When I first started my weight loss journey I actually did one meal a day. I’d fast for 24 hours every day. But for some reason I am really struggling right now. It’s only been about 21 hours.

Big day tomorrow morning. After much consideration, Ihave decided to get cool sculpting done. We will be targeting my under chin, love handles and chest and just below the armpits.
My current weight as of this morning is 209. This will be one of two sessions I do. It is reported that you lose 25% of the fat in the targeted area each session. I will be going back for my second session 6 weeks from now.
I will continue to eat my animal based diet and hit the gym. Really...

Mind you, I am not a nutritionist nor a fitness coach nor do I claim to be. I don’t know everything and some of the things I believe may be controversial to some. What I do know is what I did to lose my weight, what worked for me and what didn’t. If my journey can help someone else get the start they need, I’m here for it.
