Commercial Job for Gitte Munch | Gitte Rasmussen

Since this is the last post of this month, before you're given a bunch of new raw-files for November, on friday, I thought it would be fitting to take you in a complete other direction than we've had all month; the commercial way! ☺️

I want to show you my latest commercial shoot for the danish womens fashion store Gitte Munch, in which I had to do some shots of different styles they were to sell. The store wanted to use a 'mature' woman which has a little more adult look than, most of the young women I meet, so I instantly thought of my good ol' Gitte Rasmussen. 😁👌🏻
Gitte is no stranger to the channel and you might recall her from this very NSFW shoot I did with her not long time ago (which also resulted in a video by the way! 😏) but me and Gitte go waaaay back, and like 10 years ago or something, I used her for another commercial shoot made in studio. ☺️

BACK TO THIS SHOOT THO..

We were told to do a package of commercial shots which would be used for newspaper prints, Instagram, banners, ads etc. - and therefore most of the photos are shot horizontally!

Below are some examples of how some banners ended out. I didn't do the graphics on these, but the brand did themself - I only provided the photos. ☺️

Above is a clear example of why I typically shoot commercial stuff in horizontal aspect; because the photos often are set to be used in a creative and graphical way in the post-process.

It's oldschool and used outside of the mobile and the digital world. 🤓
Below are some examples of how they were used to form banners which had to be squares because of the design on their website.

All photos for this job were shot on a Canon 6D with mostly my Canon 70-200 mm f./2.8 L USM III lens, because it's fashion and we mostly shot outdoor (which gave us a lot of space too work with).
Only natural light with no flash, reflectors or anything were used.

I've done multiply commercial shoots with the amazing Gitte Rasmussen and I think I'll upload more of them sooner or later. November will be PACKED with content from a certain shoot from Italy - but maybe I'll find the time to add to the calendar anyway. 😏👌🏻
