I was confused as well. Re-reading the question, I see the disclaimer simply says "We are not liable for consequential damages". Previously I thought the disclaimer said "There is a defect in these bottles, please don't use them and if you do, we are not liable for consequential damages". That is why I was confused why the company would use the 10,000 bottles knowing they were defective. Re-reading the disclaimer however and the correct answer, it makes a little more sense to me now.

2019-01-28 00:53:37 +0000 UTCI was so confused when Thomas was so hung up on the two month thing. Of course the company used the bottles for two months, they didn't find the flaw until then.
