I’m going to venture a guess. I’m going with B because she allowed the officers into her home, and the heroin was in plain view. When an officer pulls someone over and asks to search the trunk, if you give permission, and they find illegal stuff in there, you get in trouble. I’m thinking this is the same kind of legal situation. They don’t need a reason to knock on your door, and you can refuse to let them in. She didn’t refuse, so she doesn’t get to suppress the heroin.
