2017-01-24 16:17:22 +0000 UTCI still don't understand how it's allowable or legal for Trump to appoint this next judge. The Republican Party gets to declare by fiat that no president they don't like can appoint a Supreme Court justice, and everybody is just shrugging their shoulders at it like it's losing a town alderman election or some other legitimate process. What about the precedent this sets? (Cultural if not legal) Why are the other justices not doing something or saying something?
