He had such a deeply weird personal philosophy - a bizarre mix of progressive libertarianism and it's polar-opposite conservative-militarism - that lends itself really well to a sex parody. And the mixed showers in the movie got me pretty hot under the collar ;)

2018-12-23 22:40:16 +0000 UTCSeriously cannot stop laughing at the pun parody of Heinlein's Starship Troopers you've got going. in fact, it looks like elements borrowed from many Heinlein books slapped together and then making a parody out of it. Starship Troopers, Farmer in the Sky, possibly a dash of Job: A Divine Comedy, and though I know I've read some sci-fi books that talk about sexual openness, I cannot remember one that truly would be a great parody of for the epic sex, though the movie did have mixed showers and is closer to our modern military, if you got rid of half of our mores that are ridiculous, in the Heinlein's book, the infantry was more like it was back in the 1950's, no women allowed.
