More work on Rife-App

- Beta for the Artifacts cleanup
- Cleanup on the code, should speed up a little, improving some of the code.
- Better memory for model. I'm trying to make it work with 1024X1024 for 4Vram, is more or less already working.
- Improvement at the edges, that kinda of pull the colors, already made some progress on this.
- Better interpolation results.
