Stomach and the Brawn [WIP1]

Based on an older concept of mine ( http://fav.me/d82i70e )
Basically a symbiosis between an all devouring worm and a muscular lizard. Worm provides the digestive and energy system, lizard provides the muscle and mobility.
Small part of the lore mock-up.
"When prey is caught by the powerful lizard’s body and claws, it is often only subdued by brute strength and then eaten alive by the worm, not killed.
The lizard’s saliva covers the worm and acts as a poison which paralyses the victim once the worm has begun digging into its body.
It is not a fast consumer, using almost a hundred teeth-like mandibles to slowly pry away chunks from its victim as it still remains breathing.
The worm can digest a much wider range of nutrients than the lizard who instead provides more mobility and protection."
