GreyScale "Noirvember" Pack

Been a weird/different month, all greyscale. Here's all the HighRes and WIPs in one go.

My personal favourite (besides the Applejacks) might be the 'Harbinger of Laments'. That depth of field was fun to do, I rarely have a good idea where I can push it as strong as that where it just feels like it works.

Altho, 'Inward Depths' was fun too, making the half submerged camera worked out better than I expected this time.

I suppose my headcanon is that they'd "secretly" celebrate  Nightmare Nights, keeping it alive in a tiny pocket. Assuming NMN isn't  really maintained elsewhere all things considered.

This painting, tho, trying to find that anatomical style balance slightly between the movie and my own.

I often end up back at the more somber genre, but this one hopefully adds a bit of a different angle to it I haven't done before. At least... not exactly like this.

This was quite an interesting project with several layers. I haven't made monotone paintings in years, mimicking an old photo in this detail I hadn't done yet (but wanted to), and it basically being 3 different...

These last months have held a lot of different things on my mind, and I've been in need to re-organize and re-prioritize some of it. I've been getting overly occupied with administrative, legal, and bureaucracy situations that I'm breaking my head on and are just draining me. But I realized maybe I'm putting the carriage before the pony... timing wise at least. There's been things I've put off or had plans for, for years, it's time I get to some of them.
