A Curious Case Indeed

Seriously, how could I be friends with someone for so long and not know about their oldest child attending college?

Enjoy!

Excellent episode!

Where's the history nugget podcast?

My older kid wrote up a Hogwart's letter for the younger kid's 11th birthday, and Younger Kid took it completely seriously, asking me when we could go shopping for dragonskin gloves, etc. By the end of the day OK was freaking out, thinking YK truly believed that they were going to Hogwarts. YK is evidently a great actor and relished freaking OK out... :D

I am the oldest of four kids in my family and my youngest sister is 15 years younger than me . Well, sometime when she was pretty little, ~6yo I think, we siblings convinced her that she was an alien and that mom and dad adopted her to keep her alien-ness from being discovered. I'm not sure how much she actually believed it back then but it's a fun joke now over a decade later and she embraces it and keeps the joke alive. She's the best πŸ˜†

A great episode! Y'all do parenting so right. I love to hear both of your's maturity and intelligence when they are on the podcast or in videos, so refreshing in today's world
