I just finished listening to the episode, and LockDown App is something I have strong feelings about. Hats off for noticing the privacy problem and relaying what's going on very well. LockDown has some interesting ideas in it, but unfortunetly it dissapointed me. Excerpt from EULA: > "You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Services partly or as a whole, or create derivative works of any software used to provide the Services". It's closed source, proprietary software. I don't TRUST it. As Balázs & Michael noticed, there are other (and in my personal opinion better) apps for that. To clarify, I do software for living. I'm working on banking and finantial apps, but I'm NOT an expert on cyber security, nor cryptographer, nor pentester. Edit: ACK - Sebastian had similar comment before.
