What's a good time for Work Streams?

I'm at the work stage where all I have left to do is edit and so I want to bring back patron-only work streams. However, last time I had trouble getting people to swing by. So, I'm going to ask you directly - what's a good time to host a work stream? (these are all in EST, since I live and work in NYC)
Also, what tier should they be hosted at? Right now it's at the highest "Unicorn" tier but I want to open this up a bit and make it more accessible for everyone. Leave your thoughts below.
I really want to make these into a communal thing so I want to do what works for everyone.
Hopefully the next stream will start this Monday.
