You're not able to provide a sample quickly, so the nurse offers help, then the doctor herself catches you two in the act and also helps. You then find yourself in this situation and you will never question it. Ever.

This was an experimental one
I first got the Mercy with the puffy
Then I found a Widowmaker with the same treatment
This one took up a ton of resources just to render
Thankfully I upgraded at the start of the year
So I was just about able to make it work
Like I said in the previous post
Kiriko is next!
