Updating the Patreon Page

I have noticed that a couple of people have been having trouble getting access to their rewards or even getting access to the discord server; since the Patreon bot handles that automatically it can be hit and miss sometimes, so I'll update and upload the download links here as well so people who are having trouble with the Patreon Discord , can still get to download their rewards and older project files without needing to access the Discord server.
