Reports have been made that a Nilbog has been sighted in the Inner District. Several Nobles have been assaulted and flashed by the naked goblinoid during the night. The guards have advised avoiding traveling at night and getting close to tall buildings with ledges. Many security personnel have tried to capture and exercise the afflicted goblin, but the Nilbog has proven too nimble to capture as they travel from roof top to roof top.
