42" LG C3 Calibration & ICC Profile

These are the new calibration settings to get accurate color at the D65 white point in HDR in DCI-P3 and SDR using a spectrophotometer, colorimeter, Calman Ultimate, and a pattern generator for the best accuracy possible.

Note: THIS IS FOR GAME MODE ONLY!!!

HDR Calibration

WITH HDR & AUTO HDR ENABLED IN WINDOWS!!!

1. Go to Settings & Set Picture Mode: Game Optimizer

2. Go to Advanced Settings, Picture,

Brightness

OLED Pixel Brightness: 100

Adjust Contrast: 93

Black Level: 48

Auto Dynamic Contrast: Off

Dynamic Tone Mapping: HGIG

Expression Enhancer: Off

3. Next Go to Color

Color Depth: 55

Tint: 0

Color Gamut: Auto Detect

4. Click on White Balance (Note panel variance means 100% accuracy between all panels may not be possible, but in my testing they are typically close).

Color Temperature: Warm 50

Point: High

Red: -3

Green: -8

Blue: -1

5. Set 12bit RGB Full in Nvidia or AMD Control Panel. 

SDR Calibration

1. Go to Settings & Set Picture Mode: Game Optimizer

2. Go to Advanced Settings, Picture,

3. Next Go to Color

5. Install ICC Profile Below
