If I go topside I have to pull a few strings or sneak into the district
and when I get there-
I could set up a look out on a nearby building.
I could Pull the whole Room service gage and get in close to find something
Or I could just wait it out outside his room see if he goes anywhere

Considering the context of the request, honey-potting wouldn’t actually get the guy in trouble as it’s not from a lover or anything and I think prostitution is legal in the area. However Golborne would get a close view of his living space and if performs well enough to knock out Gozu, can investigate his place.
