Chapter Two: Start

After an hour of... negotiations. The owner of the Water Pump decided not to call the guards on me after his payment. But he did make it clear that if I sneak into the pool again without paying he'll shove the business end of his hammer up my ass. And not the fun one. He was glad that I at least washed before taking a dip.

Alastor was actually able to act as the voice of reason between us and make a point that having a dirty regular customer is good for a bath house business. So no more price gauging. Though I get the feeling I might need to butter him up later to keep it.

He even let me clean up before I left. Which was great cause I've had enough BS for one night.

A: "Guess that means we left a good impression on him, huh?"

G: "It means he's looking for another shot of me later in exchange for a bath. Not really interested in that part, but I'm calling it a win."

A: "Sounds like fun. Anyway, you know a place where I can set up for the night?"

Well I suppose I do owe the guy something, he probably doesn't know anywhere to go since he just got here. I know a few places where he can stay, but where I send him is going to set the standard between the two of us.

So where do I send him?

A: "You sure do like having other people make decisions for you, huh?"
