A Good Update!! Future Videos, Patreon Updates & a THANK YOU!

Hey everyone!

I know its been a couple of months since my One Piece video, but it kinda feels longer huh?

I know my health issues put me back way behind when it comes to my content, and I want to pay you guys back for your patience and kindness. So I wanted to leave you all with some positive things to look forward to. :)
(Don't forget, I still charge per video so the last few months have been completely unpaid!)

I'M WORKING ON A FINAL FANTASY 9 VIDEO! At long last the prophecy has been foretold! It'll be a video on the hypothetical FF9 remake I keep hearing about and how the thought of that terrifies me. I'll be going at it with the mindset of "If I was forced to remake the game, how would I do it?"
It'll be a fun video with a lot of jokes and hopefully a great insight into why I love that game as much as I do.

I'm also writing a Halloween script for Bramble: The Mountain King. A fantastic indie horror game with bumps and hurdles that any first time indie dev would make. I want to give it more of a spotlight!

Also planning a POTENTIAL FF16 video which will be a short number talking about things I loved and disliked. A classic review that shouldn't last more than 15 minutes.

(There's a Neil Breen video I want to make at some stage too... but I want it to be more than a "points at screen laughing at the funny movie" type of video. But that's a secret for another day~)

I'll also be implementing those Patreon changes soon. :eyes:
I want to add even more rewards soon, that should hopefully incentivise more interaction in the replies. YouTube comments are fine, but hear I get to read your feedback from a much more personal view. I'd love to read more about what you have to say, so please don't feel bad replying away on here!

Finally, I wanted to apologise for my health getting in the way of things. In truth, the idea I'm losing people's faith due to my inactivity hurts a lot, but I can't blame people for thinking this especially when they don't know the behind the scenes. Watching my numbers drop on YouTube, Twitch and even here put me in a nasty headspace so I had to simply restrict myself from looking. I felt like I let everyone down, and combined with the fact my absence was caused by illness made me spiral even more. It was a very silly few weeks! I know a lot of this is probably all in my head, trying to convince myself has been difficult, but I won't let it stop me. I want to make you all happy with my stuff and most importantly, proud to call yourselves a supporter of my content. So hopefully this small update will keep you excited for the next round of Clemps videos and whatever else I have in store for the future!

Love you guys, and I'll see you all again with a rough FF9 video in August. I'm so excited to finally get an FF9 video out into the public! :D

I always look forward to whatever videos you're working on, especially when they're Final Fantasy-related. I know everyone else has said it already, but please take your time and prioritize your health. Nothing sours a video I like more than hearing about how someone pushed themself too hard on it. Don't treat us better than you treat yourself!

I came into this late, I don't really watch streams (since I'm in a different time zone), and I really only knew your stuff from YouTube, but I want to say: The "irregularity* of your videos is like a package in the mail that you didn't expect but am so happy to see, versus some other creatives I follow that post regularly and I tune out. -- If anything, I'd like to ask you to wear your absences with some confidence. A (rat) king doesn't have to explain himself to anyone, and as long as we're on "charge by video", you'll never hear me complain. Hell, even if not, just charge me Ratty. (Was that cringe? Anyway...)
