The Bedlam aftermath continues - the changing of the guard art a regular prison is disruptive enough. But busting out/cleaning up a super-prison used as a medical concentration camp for power-hungry supervillains? That's going to take a lot of work.

Enough time for a few of them (Hündrat, Peter, Dave, Jack) to snoop around, find hidden rooms, research labs that aren't on the floor plans, where they stashed the failed/successful experiments that they claimed didn't exist, etc. I also want to see if any super villains want to be good (or just get out of the business entirely) or any good guys turn evil due to the traumatic experience.
