BEDLAM, part 52.

Yeah, Mink IS tall, blonde, beautiful and powerful. But dude? There was this guy who really did believe that knowing magic made him superior to everybody: Berecki. And that did NOT end well for anyone.

Uhhhhhh...

Laura should tell Max about these guys. I'd wager this bunch of Neo Nazis would quickly end up being erased from the earth once Max was done.

Travis Sebastian

No, but Max Solomon is.

Kjartan Arnorsson

Wait a minute! Isn't The Mink of Jewish decent!?

Truedragon5374

Also didn't Hitler try set a up a group to investigate the supernatural in desperation towards the end of the war? Didn't try everything from tomb raiding to actual devil summoning? Good thing he wasn't able to summon Berecki

A Neo-Nutjob...

Perfesser Bear

This makes two accidental worshipers, each impressed enough to spread their own imagined gospel. is there anyone here who doesn't know what happens when two fanatical factions claiming to follow the same "divine light" don't agree on the details?

Mark Ashworth

Given how kind Laura is, maybe just a dose of a spell to let him experience racism, prejudice, and hatred from the other side, and try to convert him that way. Or tell Patrick about him, and let one SS sort out another SS.

Skunkupine

In his defense, the Mink DID go for the Aryan Goddess look when she transformed herself.....

How about Laura gets the books with an agreeing smile, leave and make a anonymous phone call to German authorities of a Neo-Nazi organization to arrest?

Kenneth Chisholm

Oh my. Perhaps a heavy dose of memory editing all around is in order after the books are obtained? ^^;

Winkin

I agree with the others: Smile, get the books, speak some re-assuring words, get out, and on the way out, cast Fireball over your shoulder.

Skunkupine

(It does occur to me that Laura would rawk the Valkyrie look...)

Major Matt Mason

Well, he has the @desc correct, at any rate. Just play along, Laura...

Major Matt Mason

Oh dear….maybe don’t correct him. At least for the moment.

badmunky64

Actually, your description better describes Rudolf Hess than Hitler. After Hess did his silly, and unauthorised, one-way flight to Britain, Hitler considered the affair an embarrassment. As a result, he ordered various psychics, palm readers and others rounded up and told Goebbels to smear Hess as a nutcase (Not a big stretch in propaganda)

Kenneth Chisholm

...man, if there was ever a call for a silent, painless sterilization spell.

Zeuvembie

A friendly reaction for the wrong reasons. I'd suggest avoiding correcting his false impressions until after the books are secured. Or perhaps don't correct him at all. Once you have the books and leave there's no need to bother with him again. Why complicate matters?
