The ability to mass produced super powered soldiers is one thing. A tame super that can apparently give the Fountain of Youth treatment to his overlords? Now that is something they would burn down cities for.

There's a lot of nasty rich dudes who became not-so-nasty, not-so-rich (but still in the 2%) and honestly charitable after a brush with death. Also, it probably would have been better if Mink said she _couldn't_ do it again. Even if she could it's best to let him (and the people he tells this to) believe it's a one-shot deal.
