Welp, it finally happened. Seems there was a plague rat at the SAR show this weekend, because the home Covid test I took last night came out positive.
Seems it's true that if you get sick despite being vaccinated, the infection isn't as bad as for un-vaccinated people. I'm already feeling a little better, and am confident this bug won't last the week. My main worry is, did I infect anyone else, before I realized I was sick?
YAY! The good wife just called and told me she tested negative. Whew, that's a relief. Now it's just the fellas who shared the table(s) at the SAR show. I've texted them the news of my infection, so they are presumably getting tested themselves.
