The Mink's powers are not 'super powers' in the traditional sense of Superman or the X-Men. The are psionic, filtered through her biologically-based gate. Probably immune to Olly's diddling.

2022-11-26 14:17:31 +0000 UTCOoooohhhhhh. Okay. That makes so much more sense now. I thought the 'aura growing tendrils' thing was still going to be linked to the device. Good ploy though, especially since then you could still at least 'threaten' with the device even if he wasn't around. :D
