With experience with a rifle at a shooting range, I understand when people expect him to hit 10 over and over again, it can feel exhausting. I think he feels accomplished enough and wants to move on, but he's mixing his frustration and lack of focus with Tae-hyun and the 'murder' thing was an excuse to explain his sudden change of attitude.
