I have some people I can call in for the tough stuff. As often as not, I'm the 'brain-for-hire' others rely on. It gets wearing after a while if folks abuse it, but sometimes it pays off. Which is why I also accept payment in dinners.

2022-09-23 20:18:58 +0000 UTCI think with the level of tech Max has at his disposal, saying his name within a mile of any modern piece of tech would automatically have it recorded and transmitted to him. o.o Though he certainly seems to have taken a liking to The Mink and probably trusts her. :3 He isn't Ironman or Batman after all, he's got enough class to give a lady her space and not plot some 'just in case The Mink goes evil' ploy or spy on her, again, and feel all hurt at her not trusting him. Really makes me wonder though how he would react to the grimoire....heck now that I think about it. Maybe he should see at least some of it just so he can get a further idea of 'the man that wrote this was an absolute monster I must actively ensure I don't fall for the same utter hubris and evil of this abomination of a person'.
