I'll always defend the outcast. When you said you might not be able to ship them, I thought I should try harder.
I don't think it's a coincidence that he found Masumi at the library. He understood him more that Masumi was willing to understand him, and knew where he would be. Now that the world is ending, he's trying to go back to the only place he felt he belonged, and the only person he ever loved or loved the most.
When Masumi discovered Ritsu sleeping with other people, which is something that Ritsu thought he had already accepted, and reacted with that disgust, it would have hit him hard as well... having someone you love see you as disgusting.
I should say that while I'm defending Ritsu, I do understand Masumi. He just saw it as betrayal when it was just the truth that he wasn't willing to accept. I think because he was so in love and obsessed with him, that he twisted the reality the way he wanted.
One last thing... I don't think the person who should change is Ritsu. I don't think it's a character flaw to not be monogamous and want to explore your sexuality so long as you don't lie which is the red line. They just need to understand each other better. If Masumi wants him to be monogamous, then Ritsu will have to decide. Although, with only days left, I don't think that will be a question.
As for the 1%, if they've narrowed it down to where it will hit on Earth, I think it's 100% certain by now.

Ritsu definitely thought Masumi understood that he was having sex with other people, and just didn't want to talk about it. When Ritsu said it was bad manners, it's because he was trying to keep it discreet and separate from their relationship so he realised he hadn't been careful enough.
As for the blackmail. He was being stalked and harassed by text messages, and he wanted Masumi to leave him alone. Blackmail? Sure... but it was done in self-defence and didn't gain anything from it. As for why he had the photo in the first place... it's not inconceivable to think that he though that he might need it in the future but I am sceptical about that. It could be a keepsake.
Ritsu is nonconformist. People mischaracterise them as selfish but it's because they don't have a sense of belonging so they don't attach themselves to social views or other people's expectations.
I'm looking forward to defending him again in the next reaction about the body. However, I'm sure you still won't like him.
