2022-07-15 11:50:13 +0000 UTCFirst, don’t drink anything but bottled water. Also use when brushing your teeth. Second, I carry Imodium in my med kit whenever and wherever I travel. I swallow two pills at the very first belly grumble. Next, don’t eat or drink anything that you wouldn’t normally eat. Could be an unknown food allergy. Believe it or not but my dog is actually allergic to rice, found out the hard way. Last but not least, no street food. Only eat at the higher volume restaurants. Do all of those things and you shouldn’t have a problem 🤞
