Even from several blocks away, his sharp eyes will pick out Reacher like a blood stain on a white shirt, and will likely recognize him just as easy from any descriptions Orca might've provided before "retiring". And when Eagle-Eye finds out he's been sent after one of the Aces in Feds that Orca actually "likes" . . . those two better keep "3 miles" between them and any potential sniper roosts!
