The in-duh-vidual I infer you write about does not serve any critical roles. He is not an asshole, inflamed or not - he is a screw-fly blow hole, an infected parasitic pestilence upon the body politic, serving no good to the body politic and only benefiting his own existence at the detriment of that body.
