Whereas Mister Meg has nothing better to do than dance in the digital realm all day. To put it bluntly, he's the better hacker by far.

Thats the thing with Meg's "Mastermind" type. When they run into an out of context problem that simply thinks on a more direct level than them. Like Savage for example. They often have a really hard time dealing with it. And thus we have the cartoon yelling of "INCONCIEVABLE!!!" and so on. :)
