As they said in Grrl Power, there is no such thing as bullet proof, just bullet resistance. Remember, some calibers still count as bullets, but are artillery ammunition. And even Superman goes down when a simple handgun bullet is made from Kryptonite.

I have seen this captured on war dairy videos in yemin guy firing at a tank with an AK-47 Big plume of smoke and dust and he was just gone... I thought he just moved but he and people hiding around the corner where just gone.
