I wasted quite a bit of time iterating on this model for the story event. Because of my concerns about Steam, I reshaped it from quadrupedal to bipedal and then back. In the end, I settled on this version since there are already examples of similar content on Steam (at least in the trailers).

Spent the last couple of weeks back on cutscenes. Made three in total, but for the player, they’ll be stitched into a single sequence.
Along the way, I added a few small things to the environment.
I haven’t been able to focus much on the project this past week, so I didn’t get a lot done. Most of the time went into working on a small garden location that I’ll need for a couple of cutscenes. I also plan to use this garden for another event in the future.

As an experiment, I added a slider to adjust skin wetness during H scenes (currently only for Evi).

Finished implementing the puzzle. Tested it on my friend and made some changes to make things easier for the player.

Added a story cutscene.
Added logic and triggers for playing the new cutscenes.
Added the mimic scene to the replays.
Fixed a camera bug in story H scenes.

Since the last post, I added two H animations with the Mimic and fixed a minor issue with the run animation.

I finished work on the model and rig for mimic. Took me quite a bit of time, but I learned some things. The rig is more flexible now and allows easier control over tentacles.

Added cutscene where Evi returns to the storage room to retrieve some stuff, but the mimic isn’t dormant as she had hoped.

Added a small cutscene where Evi finds the last ingredient.
Added another small cutscene where Evi receives the recipe from Sebastian. This will be the only time the dialogue is slightly different if Evi triggers it in demon form (nothing crucial, just some awkward exchange)

This week I worked on code that controls cutscenes. Now it’s much less cluttered and easier to configure.
Made changes in the room after the planetarium puzzle to properly place the alchemy table there.

For the next update I plan to continue work on story bits. Since the quest revolves around collecting alchemical ingredients, I started by making respective props. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to work on the project for most of the last two weeks, so this is all I've managed to do so far.

After lots of last minute fixes, patch 0.10.1 is now on Steam. Since there’s two experimental features that affect different areas of the game, it is possible I missed some bugs, please report if you find any.

Since the last post I finished painting masks for cum stains and integrated the system into the game.
Finished work on the hint system and hopefully fixed all the bugs.
Finished work on the last climax animation for succubus. Currently I’m adding related sounds and fx to these animations.

I've finished work on the second climax animation and made minor adjustments to the base loop.

I went through Physics Assets of characters, made some corrections and adjustments to constraints. Succubus’ tail now properly casts shadow, breasts jiggle a bit more naturally, Evi and Succubus now have jiggle physics in the thigh/butt area.

Yesterday I put patch 0.10 on Steam. Today after receiving feedback I uploaded a hotfix.
For the next update I plan to work on missing climax animations for succubus and probably return to my experiments with the hint system.

Changes in the last two weeks:
Added sounds for puzzle mechanisms and a couple additional fx.
Layout of new puzzle room added to minimap
Added teleport linking new puzzle to succubus room
Puzzle status can now be saved. Here I added an intermediate autosave between two logical parts of the puzzle. I think this approach could serve as a compromise between complete reset and saving every action

Work on the visuals is basically finished. Next step is to add sounds, which is the most annoying and unpredictable part, because sounds for heavy mechanisms aren’t that easy to come by. After that I’ll be able to start working on scene animation.

Currently working on this animation. I’ll leave the base loop as is for now because I already spent too much time on these animations.
I think I’ll complete the batch for male summon and start working on new puzzle, otherwise I’ll have to spend another month or more on succubus. Sorry it’s taking so long, but climax animations are just more complex than regular loops.

Work on animations continues, not as fast as I'd like, but still.
I had some difficulties with one of the animations on the table, so I'm currently redoing the original loop (I didn't like it anyway)
Added three voice sample sets for BJ climax.

After release of patch 0.09.2 I spent some time experimenting with character topology and weights outside of the project. At some point in the future I’m going to need good solutions for redoing some parts of characters.
Released hotfix for the patch. It's good that someone reported the crash.
Started working on climax animations, my current plan is to add at least several of them before moving on with new content.

Rework of Evi voice is almost finished, there's a lot more variety in each type of voice samples now. Overall I'm pretty happy with how she sounds, even though it can never be perfect, unless the voiceover was done specifically for each animation.
If everything goes well, the patch will be out this week.
