Last Ship Out, page 4 (sample).
Added 2019-09-29 17:33:23 +0000 UTCOK, to help me make up my mind as to which story I should be running on Sundays, here's a sample page from "Last Ship Out". I've scripted, laid out, and halfway penciled it.
A widow and her daughter use sex to buy their way off-planet on the last Iceban troopship to leave their civil-war-ridden home planet, Merchuria. Iceba is/was an ally of the Merchurian government, but the troops they could donate to the conflict were too little, too late. Melcior, the capital, is on fire. Time to get the hell out.
Originally, this tale was mostly an excuse to show hot & heavy intercourse in the Major's cabin. But then Fosby tried to recruit the women into his campaign to save his beloved parent/protector, Major Harmon, from becoming a soul-dead monster.
There are many other kinds of love than the erotic. But the sexy kind is the most fun to draw.
You-all know the routine: Lemme know if you'd like this story as the next Sunday series. I'll be running a couple more samples of other tales over the next 2-3 Sundays, so it's OK if you wait until you've seen them all before you make up your mind.

2019-09-29 21:46:08 +0000 UTCAs an old fan of Big Funnis, I fully support making *any* of those one-page samplers into full comics. I had my favorites, but any one would work for me. Also, it'll be kinda interesting to see if your drawing style has changed enough that I can tell the difference from this page to the next.
