Show's how poorly they did their home work on atomic reactions . . . you need no less than 50 - 100 miles of clearance and even then you need a punker that's at least 1/2 a mile thick and reinforced out the yin-yang just to withstand the heat let alone the actual blast! Even the smallest ones reduced whole cities to blasted husks for Pete's Sake. Herman's platter of issues just got settled with two new big ones . . . monitoring the changing of the political guard to see what measures to take . . . and tracking who might try to "monkey" around with the "gift" he brought out of the jungle.
