For good measure he'll probably make sure he's seen leaving the scene so the DA has a harder time denying the connection. I doubt this will end here, though.

In other words they're very solipsistic when it's to their advantage; or more realistically, they demand use of what's to their advantage and denial of what isn't.

As well as probably other shootings that the other guy could not have done and Savage may have even been seen fireing the shorts n some of the other cases, this will put at least doubt on who did it.
