   But this is comics, and people sitting and staring at screens isn't that interesting to watch - so we're skipping thru Sherman's intro to corporate culture pretty fast.

This reminds me about when I watched the original 'Day of the Jackal' with a friend and he was absolutely thrilled by how the authorities gathered, analyzed and distributed information. In a time before computers. The movie is a gem for this detail alone.
