2018-01-09 06:39:42 +0000 UTCThey are not that smart. If they were they would rob people in legal ways, like politics, or banking. Savage also has no sense of proportion going for him. He will do what it takes to murder what he sees as the bad guys. And a total lack of hesitation to do so.
