Dragon Ball Should (Not) Be Rebooted

Then a #DragonBall one was developed; and it got us thinking - what if the precursor to #DragonBallZ and #DragonBallSuper were to be refreshed for the modern age, to be rebooted or remade? Should it be? What would change, what would be lost? Let's discuss whether or not Dragon Ball should be redone.
