Added 2025-11-19 00:58:17 +0000 UTCSo I finally went to go see a doctor about it and they said its likely due to the nerves being squeezed by the tendon and muscles. They gave me a brace but idk if that'll help imo but I have an appointment to get acupuncture so I should be good then bc acupuncture is a miracle treatment
