(BETA) BeamNG - somersby industrial area, oldpac v0.5

I would like to note this isn't the full map, this is a BETA of the Somersby industrial area, I will continue working on the rest of it during the Christmas break period. I figured i'd let the supporters try out this area.
It may be a tad buggy in some areas, that's to be expected being in BETA. For those of you who have texture issues, simple reload the map, restart the game etc...
As always, any issues please reach out.

Road Curbs are too Sharp, able to remove bumpers but low cars can't get over the curb. Making the driveway of properties undrivable.
