Voretober Day 10: Underground [4k]
Hey hey!
I've updated my addon designed to help automating the rendering and management of scenes with multiple cameras and overlaying frames.
Hooman belongs in bellies
Quick animation I did for fun.
Swaggon N00dle found a cat lost deep in the underground.
Fortunately he was kind enough to show them the way home X3
Includes an alternate endo ending

With the help of Chat GPT I was able to create an incredibly useful addon for Batch rendering scenes and setting up camera automatically.
1) Camera tools
2) Batch rendering tool
- Camera Tools
- Set Active Scene Camera
Change the Scene camera to the one currently selected, this saves time for previewing scenes.
- Set Frame Range From Camera Name
As the name suggest, it will change the timeline to fit the current camera based on its name.
- Rename Camera with Frame Range
This will rename the Scene Camera using the current frame range in the Timeline.
Very useful when making tweaks to entire scene.
-Batch rendering tool
This script will list all cameras in the scene that have a frame range in their name
You can use it to render all the camera automatically one after the others
It will automatically assign a frame range based on the name of the camera
The Output is local to the Blender project file.
Each Camera comes with 3 options
- Only This:
It will render only the cameras that have this option selected, Otherwise it will render all the cameras from the list.
- Start Here:
It will start rendering from this point, skipping all previous camera
- Cancel After This:
Blender will freeze while rendering, This will stop the rendering process once it has finished rendering this scene.
At the bottom you have 2 option for rendering
- Current Render Engine
as the name suggest, it will render using whatever engine you have selected by default
- Workbench Preview
This is useful for rendering quick preview instead of wasting time rendering the scene fully.

A little animation I did for fun earlier this week
I hope you like it!
I was handed over a WIP commission for Toasty started by someone else
I will most likely start working on it next week
Here is a test I've done earlier to see how I could optimize interior lighting.
