January updates

We're starting to work on a re:View of the 1988 remake of The Blob, since we arbitrarily said one would be coming in 2021 back in our The Mist re:View from several years ago. We also have a new commentary track for the 2000 flop Dungeons and Dragons coming soon! In addition to those, we'll most likely be shooting a new Best of the Worst towards the end of the month but for now, we're taking a little time off from that just to recharge a bit.
And lastly, the second (and sorry, last) part of our Twin Peaks re:View will be posted this weekend. Like the first part, it's almost an hour long and covers a bit more of the show's broader themes and weird ass ending.

2021-01-07 21:42:29 +0000 UTCOh god, I remember taping the "Blob" remake off TV in the mid 90s and basically inhaling that movie over the next few years... believe me, it doesn't hold up over the course of a few dozen watchings... especially, when you buy the DVD fifteen years later and go through the gory effect scenes frame by frame. It's held in almost the same esteem today, but "The Thing" or "The Fly" it most certainly is not...
