I'm autistic and I enjoy good movie train wrecks, I have to see this. Also, poppycock.

I agree kinda. Some parts were just bad but others were pretty dang good.

I gotta agree with Mike on this one. I don't think Travolta gave a bad performance.

My favorite John Travolta scene in any medium is his entrance on the Scienctology episode of South Park.

But someone should have taken a look at the wig and that shirt and said something...

This one was an excellent episode.
And yes, Travolta's performance was not bad at all. It gave me the creeps and (believe it or not) he didn't go full R-word.

Is that the same skull vodka from the ghostbusters movie review three years ago???

I would try to watch this for the deconstruction value but honestly I don't know if I could get through it without cringing myself inside out. Too much awkward social acting for me to stomach, I think.

Seriously, though, thank goodness 'Space Cop' made more money than 'The Fanatic.' Ugh.

At least Fred Durst has enough of a sense of humor to cast Devon Sawa (Who played an obsessed fan in the famous Eminem music video "Stan" from 20 years ago, which gave birth to the term Stan as an amalgamation of stalker and fan) in his movie about an unhealthy relationship between a celebrity and a fan.

A couple of thoughts: 1) Those Rosie O'Donnell clips... holy shit! I feel like if that came out in 2019 people would be offended if anyone gave a crap about Rosie O'Donnell in 2019. 2) I watched another review of this film and Jay called it. They basically tried to make it the new best worst film ever. 3) Which is one of the reasons I'm a patreon of RLM. These guys are hilarious, but also the excellent analysis of movies.

ALSO starring Devon Sawa...! (I own it on DVD and I remember being shocked after I watched it. It looked like a really, REALLY bad TV movie that for some strange reason starred John Travolta...)

the rocking or various other “ticks” that autistic people have is usually called “stimming”. It’s a form of self-soothing that alleviates stress.

Also, whatever you do, you can't fault Travolta for a lack of commitment... that english bobby thing... oh my god. Imagine trying this shit with Bruce Willis today... :D

The Conrad Halls are father and son. The father died in 2003, so they are not quite "both working right now" :) Great video though, as always.
