Just can't bring myself to pay any money to suffer through this movie. I'll perhaps torrent it (maybe…eventually) or just watch it on Showbox after drinking a pint of floor cleaner. Unnecessary sequels--along with unnecessary reboots--are the cancers eating contemporary cinema alive. As far as I can tell, there’s nothing to be gained from this kind of money-whoring cinematic garbage, unless a cheap laugh at its expense counts as a ‘return’ for buying a ticket - or as you said, 'cause kids'. I’ll just leave it for Mike and Jay to be crucified in my place and report back on the misery they undoubtedly found there ;-)

I went to see Jurassic World on Thursday, cause kids. I was so embarrassed. I kept laughing and NO one else in the theater was laughing. Dead Silence. I have a really loud laugh. Not Rich Evans loud, but close. *sigh
