As longtime readers may already know, I really did Fuzzy as a kid, based on an actual teddy bear. At many times over the course of my life, I tried to make a character out of my other bear, Trevor, too... but nothing ever really clicked until I created his current incarnation last year! But at this point, he's been redesigned so many times, he doesn't really look anything like the old toy. (Not that Fuzzy ever looked much like his toy, either.)
